Full-Stack Software Engineer

About the role

Security posture changes every day, but most organisations measure it once a year. Cyfora builds the SaaS security platform that extends that into an ongoing picture: continuous cybersecurity assurance, so an organisation knows where it stands every single day.

We're a small, agile team, and we work very closely with our customers. We're looking for a full-stack software engineer to join our team. Someone who wants to own things end to end. Not just writing a feature and handing it off but owning it from the first commit through to production.

We work in short feedback loops where we lean on AI for speed and stay in control of what we ship. If you want real responsibility and a modern stack, you'll fit in here.

What you'll do

  • Build features across the stack. Python on the backend, React on the frontend.

  • Develop AI analysis pipelines that turn unstructured data into clear usable facts.

  • Build integrations with other technology stacks, validating that they're deployed properly and follow best practices.

  • Help run the platform. You're comfortable keeping things healthy and improving how we ship.

  • Work in a flat, dynamic team where you have a direct say in technical decisions.

What we're looking for

  • Solid full-stack experience, with Python and a modern JavaScript framework.

  • At home in the cloud and with containers, Kubernetes preferably.

  • Comfortable with git and CI/CD pipelines.

  • An end-to-end ownership mindset: you enjoy shipping, and you care that what you ship keeps working.

  • Pragmatic and self-directed. At ease with ambiguity and fast iteration.

  • You debate technical decisions openly and respectfully, then commit to the outcome, even when it isn't the one you wanted.

  • Clear communicator in Dutch and English.

Nice to have

  • Experience applying AI / LLMs to practical problems, in product features or developer tooling. Prior experience with LangGraph or other agent frameworks is a plus.

  • A background or genuine interest in security.

  • Have an opinion on the use of AI.  Hands-on experience with Le Chaton Fat is a bonus. ;)

What we offer

  • Real ownership and visible impact. Your work reaches customers fast, and you'll see it used.

  • A competitive salary plus the usual Belgian package: meal vouchers, hospitalisation and group insurance, company car, and 32+ days of leave (20 statutory + ADV)

  • Hybrid working. Two days a week in our Wommelgem office, the rest as you prefer.
